Vendor Membership Application
Before being eligible to sell at the Lee County Farmers Market, applicants must submit an application and have it approved by the board of directors.
By submitting this form, I confirm that all the information provided in this application is accurate and honest. I have thoroughly read and understood the rules and regulations of the Lee County Farmers Market, and I am committed to following them. I am aware that selling products that I have not personally produced at the market is strictly prohibited, and I understand that failure to comply with this rule will result in the loss of my membership. I am also willing to cooperate with any inspections that may be required by the board of directors. I acknowledge that failing to facilitate such inspections is considered a violation, and it may also lead to the loss of my membership.
